Rosario Intelisano

My name is Rosario Intelisano, I am the eldest of four children and born to Italian parents. The Intelisano family has always been in the cleaning business, starting with my grandparents back in Italy – they ran a dry-cleaning service, with much success.

I originally staked my claim in the hospitality industry, graduating from the William Blue College of Hospitality in 2001, with honours. I then achieved many awards as a restaurateur including restaurant of the year in 2003 for my Bondi restaurant. But my family connection to the cleaning industry lured me away from the restaurant business to my current passion Xpress Services 2U. I am now the Managing Director of this company, and there is one particular service we provide which I have come to discover is my calling and that is the hand restoration and preservation of bridal gowns.

I am quite the perfectionist and receive so much enjoyment from personally hand restoring the gowns. Being creative and having a fascination and appreciation of the delicacy of Wedding Dresses, I was able to devise a system of hand cleaning bridal and special occasion gowns that ensures the garments are restored to their former beautiful, original state.
